● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the departure time
● A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to operate
● The tour operates in small groups of up to 10 passengers
● Previous experience riding scooters or motorcycles is mandatory, as the route includes urban traffic and Tuscan roads
● A practical driving assessment will be conducted before the activity begins
● If the guide determines that a participant cannot operate the vehicle safely, they will not be allowed to participate as a driver and no refund will be issued
● Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid original physical driver's license. Copies or photographs will not be accepted
● According to Italian legislation, passengers from countries outside the European Union must carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national driving licence. The IDP serves as an official translation of the licence and may be required by local authorities during traffic checks
● The provider does not request or verify the International Driving Permit (IDP) during check-in. However, it is the sole responsibility of each passenger to carry all documentation required by local regulations. Failure to present an IDP during a police inspection may result in penalties or fines imposed by the relevant authorities
● Passengers travelling as companions must be at least 13 years old
● The option selected at the time of booking determines whether the Vespa will be used by a single rider or shared between a driver and passenger
● Under the driver + passenger option, one person drives the Vespa and the second person travels as a passenger on the same vehicle. This is not a chauffeur-driven service provided by the operator
● Before the activity begins, passengers must choose one of the following vehicle coverage options:
● __Option 1:__ €500 security deposit through credit card pre-authorisation. The amount will be automatically released the day after the activity if no damage or issues are reported.
● __Option 2:__ €20 damage waiver coverage per vehicle. This fee is non-refundable and functions as insurance-style protection for the experience. Payment is made on site.
● The price includes third-party liability insurance
● Comfortable clothing and suitable closed-toe footwear are recommended for riding
● The activity may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, the provider will offer an alternative activity or a full refund
● The activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
● The activity may be affected by circumstances beyond the provider's control
● The provider is not responsible for any physical injury or loss of, or damage to, personal belongings during the experience
