● This tour operates with a minimum of 4 passengers. If this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative time or date, or a full refund. The procedure is as follows: Three days before your tour date, we will send you an email so you can decide if you wish to wait until the last day or if you prefer to switch to one of the guaranteed departure alternatives we propose. If you wish to change your tour, simply confirm by replying to that email and we will manage the change. If you prefer to wait until the last minute to see if more bookings come in from other clients, you do not need to reply to the message; our team will keep you informed of any updates. If, by the deadline (4:30 PM the day before the tour), the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will notify you of the cancellation of your booking and proceed with a 100% refund of your booking value
● This tour is bilingual; your guide will speak in English and Spanish simultaneously
● Please note that this tour has options both with and without entrance to the Guggenheim Museum
