● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time
● A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to operate
● The activity lasts approximately 4 hours
● The tour operates in small groups of up to 10 participants
● Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid original physical driving licence. Copies or photographs will not be accepted
● In accordance with Italian law, passengers from countries outside the European Union must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national driving licence. The IDP serves as an official translation of the licence and may be requested by local authorities during traffic checks
● The provider does not request or verify the International Driving Permit (IDP) during check-in. However, it is the sole responsibility of each participant to carry all documentation required under local regulations. Failure to present an IDP during a police inspection may result in penalties or fines imposed by the relevant authorities
● Passengers travelling as companions must be at least 13 years old
● The minimum age of 18 years indicated for the activity applies exclusively to Vespa drivers
● Previous experience riding scooters or motorcycles is mandatory, as the route includes urban traffic and roads throughout Tuscany
● A practical driving test will be carried out before the start of the activity
● If the guide considers that a participant is unable to drive safely, they will not be permitted to participate as a driver and no refund will be issued
● The option selected at the time of booking determines whether the Vespa is used by a single rider or shared between a driver and a passenger
● In the driver + passenger option, one person drives the Vespa and the second person rides as a passenger on the same vehicle. This is not a chauffeur-driven service provided by the operator
● Before the activity begins, participants must choose one of the following vehicle coverage options:
● Option 1: Security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation of €500. The amount will be automatically released the day after the activity provided that no damage or incidents are reported
● Option 2: Damage waiver coverage for €20 per vehicle. This fee is non-refundable and works as a protection plan similar to insurance for the experience. Payment is made locally
● The price includes third-party liability insurance
● Comfortable clothing and suitable closed-toe footwear are recommended for driving
● The activity may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, the provider will offer an alternative activity or a full refund
● The activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
● The activity may be affected by circumstances beyond the provider's control
● The provider is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of or damage to personal belongings during the experience
