● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the departure time
● The tour ends at approximately 11:30 at Buckingham Palace
● Guides are Spanish-speaking. For operational reasons, some departures may be accompanied by a local Spanish-speaking guide who is not necessarily an official guide
● Departure subject to a minimum of 10 participants. If the tour is cancelled for not reaching the minimum or due to exceptional circumstances, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered

● Children aged 0 to 2 travel free and do not occupy a seat. The child rate applies up to and including age 15
● Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
● Schedules cannot be delayed. If a passenger does not rejoin the group on time, they must cover the cost of their return
● The itinerary may change due to conditions beyond the supplier's control (weather, traffic or unforeseen closures). If a point of interest is closed, an alternative will be offered
● Food and hot drinks are not allowed on board the coach. Seat belts must be worn in vehicles that have them
● Guide dogs are allowed on the coach and at most of the places visited, with prior notice. Folding wheelchairs weighing less than 10 kg can be stored in the luggage hold. The places visited may not be adapted for people with reduced mobility
● The supplier reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is offensive or disrupts the experience of other passengers
● The activity may be affected by external causes beyond the supplier's control
● The supplier is not responsible for any physical injury or loss of or damage to personal belongings during the experience
