The Premium experience at the Irish Whiskey Museum takes a deeper look at the history, tradition and evolution of Irish whiskey through a specialised guided tour. Along the way, guests learn about the distillation process, the significance of the different grains used, and the factors that shape aroma and flavour, as well as the cultural importance of this drink as a symbol of Ireland.
The experience continues with a tasting of four premium whiskeys, carefully selected —the selection changes every month and is chosen by whiskey experts— while the guide accompanies the tasting with explanations of each one's characteristics and profile.
At the end of the tour, each participant takes home a souvenir whiskey glass as part of the Premium experience. For minors or adults who prefer not to drink alcohol, a non-alcoholic alternative is offered so they can take part in the tasting alongside the rest of the group.
