● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Pick-up and drop-off are included only for hotels located within the 2nd Ring Road area. Transfers from hotels outside this area are not included unless expressly confirmed by the local operator. Additional charges may apply
● Please bring your original valid passport. The local guide will arrange the mountain admission tickets and cable car arrangements included in the booking
● The tour includes approximately 4–5 hours of free time on the mountain. The guide will not accompany you along the mountain trails and will arrange a meeting point at the cable car station. Please make sure you understand the meeting location and return arrangements before beginning your visit
● Mount Huashan is a physically demanding mountain destination, even when using the cable car. Visitors should expect steep stone steps, uneven paths, narrow trails and exposed sections with steep drops. A good level of physical fitness and sure footing are recommended
● This tour may not be suitable for visitors with significant mobility difficulties, knee problems, a strong fear of heights or other conditions that could make steep mountain trails difficult. Please assess your abilities carefully before booking
● Wear closed-toe walking or hiking shoes with good grip. Bring weather-appropriate layers, rain protection and sufficient drinking water. Mountain temperatures and weather conditions can change quickly
● Mountain trails and cable car services may be temporarily closed or restricted due to strong winds, rain, snow, ice or other safety concerns. The itinerary may be modified accordingly
● The famous cliffside plank walk and other extreme or adventure activities are not included. Any optional activities must be arranged separately and may have additional charges or safety restrictions
● A picnic lunch is included and will be prepared by the local guide
● Please follow all mountain safety instructions, remain on designated trails and allow sufficient time to return to the agreed meeting point and cable car station
