● IMPORTANT: The confirmation voucher received does not grant access to the Louvre; it must be exchanged for entrance tickets or you may request to have them sent by email at

● It is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm their phone number and email address no later than 48 hours before the tour at
[email protected] if they wish to receive the Louvre entrance tickets. Tickets will be sent between 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit begins. If for any reason this is not done, the tickets were not received by email, or cannot be downloaded, the voucher can always be exchanged for the Louvre entrance tickets
● Please arrive 30 minutes before departure with the printed voucher
● Ticket valid only on the day and at the time of the reserved visit
● The Louvre Museum now requires each participant to provide their full first and last name in order to access the entrance
● Use of the cloakroom is mandatory for large bags, strollers and umbrellas
● Reserved access to the Louvre is subject to certain limitations: the Vigipirate plan, security checks and possible unexpected crowds may result in exceptionally long waiting times
● Reserved access allows you to skip the line to purchase tickets at the Louvre, but you may still need to queue to collect them or enter the museum
● The Louvre Museum closes at 6:00 PM (except on special dates)
● This visit does not include access to temporary exhibitions
● Some artworks may be temporarily inaccessible due to renovations or loans
● Clients must exit the Louvre Museum together with the guide at the end of the tour
● Please note that this tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users, as there is no elevator along the route
