● If hotel pick-up is not possible due to operational reasons, a nearby meeting point will be arranged
● A valid ID or passport is required on the day of the tour. No refunds will be issued in the event of incorrect or missing documentation

● If you choose the VIP option, you will have a separate driver and guide during the tour. If you select the Standard option, the driver and the guide are the same person
● A vegetarian option is available; please advise at the time of booking if required
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended depending on weather conditions
● We are not responsible for valuable items left inside the vehicle
