Meet your guide in Versailles at the foot of the equestrian statue of the Sun King, Louis XIV. After a warm welcome, you will begin a guided tour of the Royal Apartments. As you explore the palace, you will learn about its fascinating history, including its role as the residence of three of France's most illustrious kings for more than 100 years.
At the end of the guided visit inside the palace, after saying goodbye to your guide, you will have the opportunity to stay longer and enjoy free time in the gardens, an 809-hectare park filled with fountains, statues, and elegant French formal gardens.
You may also rent a golf cart (not included in the price) to comfortably explore the estate and visit the Trianons and the Queen's Hamlet.
If you visit Versailles on a Tuesday or Friday, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Musical Gardens show. If you visit on a Saturday or Sunday, you can attend the Musical Fountains Show. Please note that garden admission is not included in this tour, so an additional ticket is required to access either of these shows.
