● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● Vatican tickets are nominative and non-transferable. It is mandatory to indicate the first and last name at the time of booking and to present a passport or ID card at the start of the visit. The first and last name must exactly match the document presented on the day of the visit (ID or passport). In case of discrepancy, access may be denied by the monument and the reservation cancelled without the right to a refund
● All passengers must present valid documentation on the day of the tour. It is mandatory to correctly fill in the details of all passengers: full name(s) and surname(s), date of birth, and nationality. The data entered in the reservation cannot be edited; name or data changes are not allowed once the reservation is closed. It will be necessary to cancel and rebook, subject to availability
● The date of birth is necessary to correctly identify the categories of adults, minors, and infants. Nationality is required especially for the special rates for European Union citizens between 18 and 25 years old, when applicable
● All passengers, including minors and infants (even if traveling for free), must be included in the reservation and present valid documentation on the day of the visit. Minors must always enter accompanied by at least one adult
● Access to the Vatican Museums for booked groups is through a dedicated line. However, waiting times may vary depending on the season and security checks with metal detectors
● The route inside the Vatican Museums may undergo modifications according to internal museum regulations. Likewise, St. Peter's Basilica may close partially or completely without prior notice due to ceremonies, extraordinary religious events, or Vatican decisions
● For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter with weapons, knives, scissors, blunt objects, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, laser pointers, large umbrellas, drones, and selfie sticks. Bulky backpacks or bags larger than 40 × 35 × 15 cm are also not allowed
● Please note that while you will be able to create lasting memories of this experience, photography is strictly prohibited inside the Sistine Chapel to preserve its delicate works of art
● As it is a place of worship, it is mandatory to dress appropriately: shoulders and knees must remain covered during the visit
● The museum requires clients in wheelchairs to follow a different itinerary and they are not allowed to participate in our regular tour
