● Children must be included in the booking as they will be asked for their ticket when entering the monument. Tickets for children under the age of 13 do not include an audio guide
● The audio guide service consists of an application that you must download to your mobile phone and listen to it with your own headphones. No device is included for this purpose
● Remember to bring a fully charged mobile phone and headphones. Follow the instructions you will receive by email to use the Audioguide APP.
● The ticket issuing time may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
● You will receive all the final documentation for your visit by email around 24 hours before your visit
