● Please note that this activity consists of two parts, each with its own meeting point. It starts at 9:45 AM with a visit to the Prado Museum at the meeting point: Next to the Velázquez statue on Paseo del Prado, 28014, Madrid, and later you will have to travel on your own to the Reina Sofía Museum at 12:45 PM at the meeting point: Calle Santa Isabel 52, next to the statue "The Spanish people have a path" at the main entrance of the Museum
● The ticket issuance time may vary by up to 30 minutes from the one selected during the purchasing process; in such a case, the local provider will communicate this well in advance. We recommend in any case that you confirm the access times to both museums 24 hours before the start of the activity using the local provider's phone number received on the voucher, as schedules may undergo changes due to operational reasons
● Access to the Prado Museum is guaranteed; the entry time may be subject to change. As per the museum's own instructions, the assigned time can be adjusted up to a day in advance, and may be brought forward or delayed by approximately one hour
● Please note: some paintings might not be available despite belonging to the permanent collection due to reasons beyond our control. It is possible that, due to being on loan for an exhibition, one of the paintings in our program may not be available on the day of the visit, despite belonging to the permanent collection of the museum. If this happens, the itinerary will be modified to include another painting with similar artistic value and significance
● Crowds or security protocols may cause delays even with skip-the-line access
● Visitors to the Prado Museum are requested to respect the Museum's Security Instructions: Photography and filming are not allowed inside the exhibitions
● Only small bags (max. 40x30x10 cm) carried in the front are allowed. Access with suitcases or large backpacks (exceeding 50 cm) is not permitted. The museum has lockers and cloakrooms, but they are limited
● In the Reina Sofía Museum, taking photographs without flash and without a tripod is permitted
● Touching the artwork is not allowed; maintain a safety distance, and children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear, use sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and bring a bottle of water, as the tour is entirely on foot
● It is essential to bring a valid passport or ID to access the monuments
