● Tours are monolingual or bilingual with a guaranteed 100% Italian-speaking guide
● Minors must be accompanied by an adult

● At the time of booking, select your arrival date in New York, keeping in mind that you will need to contact the local operator to issue each ticket included in your pass, subject to attraction availability
● The pass consists of 4 admissions (1 guided tour in Italian, 1 boat cruise, 1 observatory, and 1 museum) and is managed at the VOLATOUR offices, where staff will assist with every step of the booking process according to attraction availability (if sold out, an alternative pass option will be offered)
● There is no pass option for children under 12, but they can access discounted rates; the local operator can manage individual children's tickets once the services are selected alongside the adults' pass
● Pass activation can be done in person upon arrival at the office or in advance by contacting the team
● A 100% penalty applies to the full pass once any attraction is booked or a timed ticket is generated; likewise, no refunds are granted for cancellations after arrival in the US or for unused portions of the pass

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved service date. For cancellations made later than that or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
A 100% penalty applies to the full cost of the pass once any attraction has been booked or a timed-entry ticket has been generated; likewise, there are no refunds for cancellations after arrival in the U.S. or for unused portions of the pass.
