● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● If you select the private option, please provide full accommodation details when finalizing the reservation. It is very important to note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility, if no communication has been received from the local provider, to contact the local contact number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● The flight lasts about 35 minutes
● The flight time depends on weather conditions and air traffic. The overflight is conducted in shifts approved by the airfield according to weather conditions and air traffic (average waiting time of 40 minutes)
● Part of the day is self-guided
● The maximum weight is 100 kg. Passengers exceeding this weight must purchase an additional seat
● In case of poor weather conditions that do not allow the flight, a refund of aprox. USD $70 will be issued
● Remember to bring repellent, water and snacks, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, light sportswear, and passport
● The tour starts with a night departure from Lima on the reserved day and ends with the return to Lima the following night (approx. 8pm)

Cancellation policy
All cancellations incur fees.
A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the service date.
Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the service are 100% non-refundable.

If you select the private option, as you proceed with the booking process, you must provide the full details of your accommodation.
