● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● This tour ends at Edge Observatory. You can remain in Edge Observatory at your leisure following the tour
● Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit
● Gratuities for your guides/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated
● This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended
● Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather
● New York city tourist sites are among the most popular in the world, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours
● Photography is permitted throughout the tour
● Most venues/attractions in NYC have airport-like security and item restrictions apply
● We reserve the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or staff
● We do not recommend bringing bags bigger than a bag pack. We are not responsible for dismissal of items or refused entry due to illicit items
● Large bags and luggage are not permitted at Edge and there are no lockers available
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
