● Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are not included in the price and must be paid in cash at the destination. The approximate cost is USD 70 and includes: 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners
● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● On the first day of the tour, make sure to have breakfast before joining the group
● The minimum age to participate is 7 years; participants under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
● The maximum number of passengers for this tour is 14 people
● Camping accommodation consists of shared tents for two people of the same gender. If traveling as a couple or in a group of 4 or more, please inform the reservations department when booking
● Each passenger must set up their own tent; the guide may assist if help is needed
● Sleeping bags are not provided; you must bring your own. If you don't have one, you may rent it for approximately USD 40 by coordinating in advance through our reservations team. A three-season sleeping bag is recommended
● Campsites usually offer Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and hot showers; some also feature swimming pools and outdoor jacuzzis
● Meals are prepared collaboratively at the campsite, so travelers’ participation is required. If you need a vegetarian menu, request it in advance by contacting our reservations team
● Bottled water is not provided. Bring a refillable container; you will be able to refill it during the stops made throughout the trip
● The tour includes an English-speaking guide. You may download an app with commentary in Spanish and Italian
● We recommend purchasing medical and travel insurance. Have your insurance details and your ID or passport ready at departure
● The luggage limit is 20 kg per person plus a small carry-on bag. Excess luggage will not be allowed; you may arrange storage with your Las Vegas hotel
● Weather conditions can vary between hot and cold. Bring layered clothing, warm clothes, thick socks, a hooded jacket and a waterproof jacket. A sun hat is also recommended
● Recommended items: water bottle, toiletries, sunscreen, hand soap, swimsuit, camp towel, shower sandals, travel pillow, flashlight, chargers and power bank, comfortable shoes, hiking poles (optional) and snacks
● The bus does not have Wi-Fi and not all locations along the route have cell phone coverage
● It is customary to tip the guide. The recommended amount for this tour is USD 100 per person
● This activity is not suitable for people with heart conditions, back problems, reduced mobility, wheelchair users, pregnant women or babies
● As of January 1, 2026, the National Park Service requires a mandatory additional payment for non-U.S. residents aged 16 and over. Passengers must purchase one of these options: Non-Resident "America the Beautiful" Pass ($250 USD): Valid for 1 year, covers the holder and up to 3 adult companions on the tour; or Individual Payment ($100 USD): Per person, payable at each visited park that requires this fee
