● In winter, tuk tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and blankets are available to keep you warm
● Tuk tuks do not have a trunk, so child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items cannot be carried
● The minimum age for this activity is 2 years old and a minimum weight of 9 kilos. It is not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs
● For safety reasons, pets or companion animals are not allowed
● Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the stops for taking photographs
● The vehicles are suitable for elderly people, and our drivers will help them board if necessary. Not wheelchair accessible

Praça Dom Luís I 30, 1200-152 Lisboa, Portugal (“Parque Mercado da Ribeira” parking). The pick-up point is located on level -1 (underground) of the “Parque Mercado da Ribeira” parking garage, in the vicinity of Time Out Market. The entrance to the parking lot is located opposite number 30 Praça Dom Luís I (Blade restaurant), across the street. Upon arrival, go down the stairs or take the elevator to level -1 and follow the Eco Tuk Tuk signs; there you will find your guide waiting for you inside the parking area next to the tuk tuks. We don't have a physical office at this pick-up location.
