Masai Mara is most popular wildlife reserve in Kenya. This outstanding national reserve has one of Kenya’s highest densities of wild game, including all the big five African animals (lion, elephant, rhino, leopard, and buffalo), several antelope species, giraffes, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and many many more. The reserve is also home to a prolific bird-life with over 450 bird species recorded here, of which more than 50 species are birds of prey. The grassland vegetation makes it very easy to spot animals. The Mara is most renowned for the great wildebeest migration, which takes place between June and October every year between Masai Mara and Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara
Departure from Nairobi after breakfast at 7 am, 6 hours drive to Masai Mara. Check in lodge/camp for lunch and relax.
Day 2: Masai Mara
Full day exploration of masai mara game reserve, lunch on picnic.
Day 3: Masai Mara
Full day exploration of the park, picnic lunch.
Day 4: Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha
Departure from Masai Mara after breakfast. Check in Naivasha Sopa Lodge or Fish
Eagle Camp, lunch and relax. 16h boat ride till 18 h.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru
Full day explorattion of lake Nakurur National Park, lunch and dinner served at Sarova Lion Hill.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Amboseli
Departure at 7 am after break fast, 7 hours drive to Amboseli National Park. Check in for lunch.
Day 7: Amboseli National Park
Full day exploration of Amboseli National Park, lunch in picnic at the observation point.
Day 8: Amboseli - Nairobi
Departure towards Nairobi or Mombasa region after breakfast. Lunch in a restaurant.
