● Guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation or at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time
● At the time of booking, you must provide the name and full address of your accommodation
● Pick-up and drop-off are included for hotels located within a 10 km radius of central Chania. If your accommodation is outside this area, a nearby meeting point in Chania or close to your hotel will be arranged, provided it is along the tour route
● The supplier will contact guests directly to confirm the exact pick-up time and location
● The activity is operated as a semi-private tour, in groups of up to 8 participants, and may be shared with other guests
● No minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate
● The tour includes some walking within the archaeological site and may also include a hike along trails lasting between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes
● Comfortable footwear is recommended, and you should bring water, sun protection and swimwear, especially during the summer months
● The itinerary and activities in the Apokoronas region may be adapted according to the day's conditions and the interests of the group without affecting the main features of the excursion
● Admission to the archaeological site is free for EU citizens under 25 years old. EU citizens over 65 pay a reduced rate of 5 EUR from October 1 to May 31; from June 1 to September 30 they pay the general rate of 10 EUR. Non-EU citizens under 18 years old have free admission all year round. These conditions are subject to the site's access rules and must be verified with valid documentation
● The Aptera archaeological site is closed on Tuesdays, therefore the tour does not operate on that day
