Athens City Pass

The experience begins with streamlined access to the Greek capital's premier archaeological sites and historic landmarks, including the iconic Acropolis and its classical monuments.

The route allows guests to customize their city sightseeing onboard the hop-on hop-off bus, alongside entry to various major museums and cultural galleries across the city.

The tour concludes at each traveler's individual pace, taking advantage of exclusive discounts on additional attractions, guided excursions, and local experiences throughout Athens.

● IMPORTANT: Check your email inbox for the link to your digital pass and booking app, which you will receive directly by email, typically within a few hours after booking
● Advance reservations are required for some attractions and tours, especially for popular highlights or limited offers. You will receive all important information, contact details, and addresses together with your digital City Pass by email
● Reservation information for Athens: Acropolis - We will book automatically the Acropolis entry time for the first day of city pass an available times lot between 16:00 – 18:00. Day cruise (Hydra, Poros, Aegina): You can add the day cruise as an option when booking. You will receive all necessary reservation details with your digital City Pass
● On site, simply show your digital City Pass at the respective attraction on your smartphone. In most cases, this will grant you direct entry without waiting in line at the ticket office. In some cases, you will be issued a free admission ticket on site
● Apart from the fixed visiting time for the Acropolis, which you select when booking, you can visit all included attractions once in any order and within their respective opening hours
● To use your local transport ticket, simply go to any OASA ticket machine. Enter your order code (user code) and confirm by pressing the (V) button. You will then be asked to enter the access code (password code) that you received with your City Pass. If the entries are correct, the machine will print your ticket and a receipt. You can then validate your ticket at the metro turnstiles or at the blue ticket validators on the buses – and you're ready to start your journey through Athens
● Important: Each passenger needs their own ticket. With a City Pass valid for 2 to 6 days, you will receive a 5-day ticket for local transport. With a 1-day City Pass, you will receive a day ticket for public transport
● If you have booked the day cruise to the islands of Hydra, Poros, and Aegina, you will find all important reservation details in your digital City Pass. Please reserve your spot at least 3 days before the tour by email and show your City Pass code before departure. The provider will pick you up in the morning and bring you back in the evening. Depending on the location of your accommodation, you may be picked up near your hotel, not always directly in front of your door. Transfer is included in the ticket price, and you can also take the cruise before or after the validity of your City Pass – completely flexible according to your schedule
● Large bags and backpacks are not allowed when visiting the Acropolis itself, so it's best to take only essentials with you
● Unfortunately, the Acropolis itself is only partially accessible due to its historical construction, but there is a special elevator for wheelchair users (it is best to register in advance). Some of the hop-on hop-off buses are barrier-free; please ask staff when boarding
