● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● The duration and times of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance of the pickup point, the order on the route, and traffic conditions
● The itinerary may be altered due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high public turnout
● The boat ride may be suspended due to bad weather conditions
● It is mandatory to present your valid original ID or passport at the National Park ticket office. The address on your document will be the only determining factor to establish your visitor category
● Entrance to the Argentine National Park is not included and is at the passenger's expense. You can purchase it in advance on the official website or at the ticket offices before the start of the guided tour
● Please note that if you have not purchased the ticket, you will not have access to the interior of the National Park or the activities
● There are strict safety restrictions for the nautical activity: the mandatory minimum age is 12 years old
● Pregnant women, people with spinal diseases or surgeries, osteoporosis, neck or back injuries, or with heart or lung conditions will not be able to take the boat ride
● The service ends with the return to the same initial pickup point
