● Please inform the complete details of your accommodation at the time of formalizing the reservation. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Hot Air Balloon Flights are only in the morning by sunrise. Each day pick up time changes according to the operations. Exact pickup time will be notified to you one day earlier
● A hot air balloon flight takes a maximum of 1 hour in total. Please contact us for longer flight options. You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and come to the departure area to have a light snack and watch the balloons being inflated. Then the balloon flight begins and a small celebration is held after the flight. You will then be dropped off back at your hotel. Total duration already includes travel time
● Minimum age of passengers is 5
● Balloon flights in Cappadocia are carefully controlled and monitored by the Civil Aviation Bureau. They have full authority over whether flights are allowed to take off each day. Up until the very last moment before takeoff, the Civil Aviation Bureau can cancel the flight if necessary
● Sometimes, if the weather is very bad, the flight is cancelled a day before the scheduled date. However, if a flight is cancelled at any point in the process due to the weather, we guarantee a full refund
● The tour does not include a guide, the staff at the destination speaks English
● To make the reservation we will need the full name, surname, passport number, birthday, month and year of birth, nationality of each passenger
