You will take a night tour of Bangkok to discover some of the city’s most representative places after sunset. Throughout the tour, you will combine river navigation, lively neighborhoods, local transport, street food, and urban views, getting closer to a different and vibrant side of the Thai capital.
The experience will begin at Saphan Taksin Skytrain station, located next to the river, from where you will take a boat to navigate along the Chao Phraya River, known as the river of the kings of Thailand. During the journey, you will be able to contemplate some of the country’s most famous hotels, the IconSiam shopping center, the houses of Chinatown, Wat Arun temple, the Grand Palace, and the area of Thammasat University.
Afterwards, you will arrive in the Pra Atit Road area and walk through Bangkok’s backpacker district. The tour will continue along Rambuttri pedestrian street, known for its markets and relaxed atmosphere, until reaching Khao San Road, one of the city’s most famous streets for its movement, lights, and mix of travelers, bars, and street stalls.
Later, you will use public transport, such as a taxi, tuk tuk, or similar, to head to the heart of Chinatown. There, you will enjoy authentic Thai-style street food, included in the experience, and afterwards try a typical Thai dessert or sweet. This part of the tour will allow you to get closer to local gastronomy in one of Bangkok’s liveliest and most traditional neighborhoods.
To finish, you will head toward the MahaNakhon Tower, the tallest building in Bangkok, where you may go up voluntarily, taking into account that admission will not be included. In this way, the tour will conclude with a complete experience of Bangkok by night, combining the river, markets, popular neighborhoods, local flavors, and one of the city’s most modern urban panoramas.
