Get ready to capture incredible panoramas and typical Dominican towns, visit the largest and most important church and the famous "colmado". Drive through sugar cane and rice plantations. Learn why and how the Spanish brought the sugar cane culture to this island and the economic impact. See how they used a “trapiche”, an ox-drawn wheel mill to extract the syrup from the sugar cane. Travel in our truck through the Anamuya mountain and have direct contact with the day to day in the field. You will be able to immerse yourself in the Dominican culture guided by the friendliest staff.
This excursion would not be complete if we did not go for a refreshing swim in the paradisiac beach of Macao, immersed in one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean.
