● Head to any Big Bus stop along the route, use a printed map, or download the Big Bus Tours app from Google Play or the App Store to get directions from anywhere and view bus stop locations, schedules, city maps, and interesting things to do using our free app
● Your ticket validity does not begin until you redeem your voucher for a ticket. Show your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop or on board the bus. They will provide a receipt that you can use to board the bus during your ticket's validity period
● Free multilingual headphones are available on the bus, and our experienced customer service representatives will be available to answer any questions you have during the tour
● Pre-recorded commentary on the bus will announce the stop number and location as the bus approaches each stop
● Big Bus Tours New York operates daily except Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Eve (December 31). Occasionally, inclement weather and special event days may affect service
● Passengers aged 3 to 12 must travel with a child ticket. All passengers under 15 years old must be accompanied by a passenger aged 15 or older. Children under 2 years old travel free of charge. Strollers must be folded and stored on the lower deck
● Tune into the pre-recorded commentary during the tour. Our engaging virtual guides will entertain you with amazing facts and stories about New York's history, landmarks, famous figures, and more. Listen using the free headphones provided when boarding the bus. Commentary is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Italian
● 100% of our New York fleet is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair lifts on our vehicles have a maximum weight capacity of 295 kg (650 lbs). If you require a different accommodation, please contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour time so we can arrange it. Please note that voicemail messages left with the general office do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Also note that passengers with mobility issues may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. We cannot guarantee accessibility to the various attractions along the route
● Luggage is not permitted on board the bus at this time
● Strollers are welcome, but foldable strollers are recommended for easier storage due to limited space on the bus

● Explore Uptown (Blue Route): First Bus: 10:00 AM at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Last Bus: 4:00 PM at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Last Full Circuit: 4:00 PM at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Frequency: every 30 minutes. Full Circuit Duration: 75 minutes (approx.)
