Thames Sightseeing Cruise

● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour's departure time
● When you arrive for your cruise, please walk straight down onto the pier, where you will be greeted by our pier staff. Have your ticket ready so you can be directed to your boarding point
● Passengers must bring their printed ticket to board the cruise, or show their ticket on a mobile device
● A sightseeing ticket can be used on any sightseeing route at any time — single and return
● Board at a time and pier that suits you. Departures from each pier are approximately at 10 AM and may vary depending on the season
● Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended depending on weather conditions
● We are not responsible for valuables left on the boat
● All our boats have toilet facilities and baby changing and disabled facilities
● A person with a disability must disclose this at the time of booking. All passengers must be physically able to walk onto the boats with an able-bodied helper, and unfortunately no electronic wheelchairs are permitted
● Bikes aren't allowed on board, although kids' scooters are allowed
● During busy times, this does not guarantee access to a specific boat
● Some circular sightseeing tours may require a boat change at Tower Pier
● Please note that, in order to use the audio guide, each person must first download the app on their mobile device. Headphones are not provided on board — all translations are delivered via the app. We recommend bringing charged devices
● This tour requires a minimum of 20 passengers to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
