London Jazz Dinner Cruise on the River Thames

● Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance, as boarding begins 15 minutes before the tour's departure time
● We encourage smart-casual attire. We advise against flip-flops, leisurewear and ripped jeans
● Children below the age of 5 will not be allowed to board. For those interested in bringing children aged 6-12 (paying the adult fare), it's important to note that the cruise environment is designed for adults, and no adjustments will be made to the content to cater to younger guests
● Once you've purchased your tickets, please add your dietary requirements in the observations. Full allergen information on the ingredients in the food we serve is available upon request
● When you arrive for your cruise, please walk straight down onto the pier, where you will be greeted by our pier staff. Have your ticket ready so you can be directed to your boarding point
● Some tables are situated in close proximity to other diners and are pre-allocated before boarding. All tables are fixed to the floor and cannot be moved. Window tables are available, seating up to two people only
● We are not responsible for valuables left on the boat
● All our boats have toilet facilities and baby changing and disabled facilities
● A person with a disability must disclose this at the time of booking. All passengers must be physically able to walk onto the boats with an able-bodied helper, and unfortunately no electronic wheelchairs are permitted
● Please note that, in order to use the audio guide, each person must first download the app on their mobile device. Headphones are not provided on board — all translations are delivered via the app. We recommend bringing charged devices
● This tour requires a minimum of 20 passengers to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
