● Please select an accommodation from the proposed list at the end of the booking process. The local provider will contact you before the start of the activity to confirm the exact pickup time and point. If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the telephone number indicated on the voucher
● Please enter your complete arrival and departure flight details (date, airline, flight number, time, and city of origin) at the end of the booking process to coordinate airport transfers
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● The itinerary may be altered due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high public turnout
● The tours are carried out over 2 days and the order of them will be coordinated with the operator at the destination
● Arrival and departure airport transfers are only available between 07:00 and 21:00
● This excursion includes the international border crossing to Brazil, with immigration and customs controls on both the outbound and return journeys, so the total duration is estimated and there may be delays
● It is mandatory to present your valid original ID or passport both for the border crossing and at the National Parks ticket office. Minors must present documentation with a photograph
● Citizens traveling with passports from Australia, Canada, and the United States and visiting Brazil are subject to visa requirements to enter Brazilian territory
● Tickets to the National Parks on both sides are not included and are at the passenger's expense
● You can purchase tickets in advance on the official waterfalls websites or at the ticket offices upon arrival, before the start of the guided tour
● Please note that if you have not purchased the tickets, you will not have access to the guided tour inside the National Parks on either side

Cancellation policy
Cancellation without penalty up to 72 hours before the service. In case of cancellation with less time or no-show, no refund will be issued.
