● The Changing of the Guard ceremony is subject to changes in date, time and cancellation at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellation due to bad weather is not announced before 11am. Even when cancelled, customers will still see a ‘wet change’ during which the guards march but without the usual music and parade
● Please note that if you book your tour on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, you will be able to witness the Changing of the King's Life Guard
● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
● Our guides will have a sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● Please note weather is very changeable in London, please ensure you have rainproof clothing
● This tour involves a reasonable amount of walking. We recommend comfortable shoes for all guests
● We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions
● On Sundays, a slightly different version of the ceremony takes place, known as the 'Sunday Parade'
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
