The meeting point for this hot air balloon flight is located in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the heart of the Chianti Valley, about 20 minutes from Florence. After being welcomed by the captain and crew, passengers receive a safety briefing and, if they wish, can help inflate the balloon before boarding the basket.
The flight takes place in a balloon shared with other passengers, flying at a height that varies depending on the day's wind. The route is not set in advance: each flight follows the course set by the weather, so the experience is different every time. From the air, you can admire the hills of Chianti dotted with villages, cypress trees, castles, vineyards and olive groves.
