Immerse yourself in the heart of Tuscan winemaking tradition, in the heart of Chianti, with an experience designed to experience wine in an authentic and fascinating way. The departure from Florence takes place together with a tour leader who, during the bus journey, introduces the history and curiosities of this enchanting Tuscan area, rich in vineyards and verdant hills.
Once at the winery, the tour begins with a warm welcome and a walk through the rows of vines, where you'll discover the secrets of cultivation, the characteristics of the soil and the grape varieties that give life to the wines. The experience continues with a welcome toast of local sparkling wine, followed by a visit to the vinegar cellar, where you'll discover the art of producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and traditional vin santo.
In the tasting room, a guided tasting of seven selected wines takes place, including fresh whites, important reds, elegant sparkling wines and a precious vin santo, each glass paired with typical local products that vary according to the season, such as local cold cuts and cheeses, organic extra virgin olive oil, oils flavoured with white truffle and chilli, and aged balsamic vinegar.
