● Pompeii is very large - plan at least 3-4 hours for your visit. Wear comfortable shoes and take sun protection with you, as there is hardly any shade
● You can pick up your ticket for public transport in Naples directly in the city centre. Once you have received it, you can use the public transport ticket at any time of day or night, depending on the duration of your City Pass - as many journeys as you like and of course at no extra cost. You can hop on and off at any stop and of course have access to the free audio commentary. Simply show your City Pass to an employee of the bus provider and you will receive your ticket
● Guided tours are included for the Streetfood Tour and Napoli Sotterranea. For other attractions such as Pompeii and the Archaeological Museum, audio guides are often available for a small fee
● Larger museums such as the National Archaeological Museum usually have lockers or a cloakroom. In Pompeii and Herculaneum there are storage facilities at the entrance. There are also luggage lockers at the main railway station and airport
● The National Archaeological Museum is mostly barrier-free with lifts. Pompeii and Herculaneum are only accessible to a limited extent due to the historic ancient streets - but there are accessible routes and aids. Unfortunately, this does not apply to Napoli Sotteranea. It is best to find out about the exact conditions at the respective attractions in advance
