The local supplier will send an email within 24 hours after booking with the pick-up time and meeting instructions. If you have not received this communication at least 24 hours before the tour, it will be the sole responsibility of the passenger to contact the phone number indicated on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and point
● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● At the time of booking, cruise passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-embarkation time
● Hotel pick-ups begin approximately 30–60 minutes before this time; the exact pick-up time will be communicated upon reconfirmation
