Dubai City Tour with Burj Khalifa and Pickup

● Pickup time is between 30 to 60 minutes prior to the tour departure time
● Please arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before the start of the tour
● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is very important to note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local operator one day prior to the service at the local contact number to confirm the exact pickup location and time
● If hotel pickup is not possible due to operational reasons, a nearby meeting point will be designated
● The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for the guest to prevent delays for passengers at subsequent pickup locations
● The stop at the Jumeirah Mosque does not include a guided entrance to the Mosque. Should guests wish to enter, the Mosque is only open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (closed on Fridays)
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended depending on weather conditions. Women visiting the Mosque are required to cover their heads with a scarf and avoid shorts, beachwear, or sleeveless outfits (full coverage required). Men visiting the Mosque must wear long trousers
● The tour operates daily, including Fridays; however, on Friday mornings the National Museum of Dubai is closed and guests will not be able to visit it
● We are not responsible for any valuable items left inside the vehicle or bus
● Please note that due to the nature of the service and city conditions (such as roadworks, demonstrations, events, or unexpected incidents), this activity may undergo route modifications, temporary stop closures, or schedule adjustments. Checking the local operator's website prior to the tour for last-minute updates is recommended
● Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited
● Please ask for permission before photographing local residents; remember that photographing local women is not permitted
● A valid ID or passport is required on the day of the tour. No refunds will be provided in case of incorrect documentation or failure to present it
● Guests booking a tour less than 12 hours in advance will not have pickup service available, but may join the tour directly at the starting point
● During the Ramadan period, the itinerary and services may undergo modifications. No alcohol will be served and live entertainment (such as belly dancing) will not be performed during dinner services or safaris. Likewise, lunch services may be served in designated areas or replaced with a box lunch in accordance with local regulations
● At the end of the tour, our vehicle will drop off passengers at Dubai Mall
● Headphones are provided for the audio guide, which connect to a device inside the vehicle. You will be able to select your language directly on the device
● The accompanying tour guide speaks English only. The audio guide is available in several languages, which can be selected before the start of the tour
● Children aged 0 to 2 participate for free
