Dubai Tour with Lunch and Pickup

● Pickup time is 30 to 60 minutes before the tour departure time
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is the passenger's sole responsibility and obligation to contact the local contact number one day prior to the service to confirm the exact pickup location and time
● If hotel pickup is not possible due to operational reasons, a nearby meeting point will be designated
● The vehicle will wait a maximum of 5 minutes for the customer to avoid delays with passengers at subsequent pickup points
● The stop at Jumeirah Mosque does not include a guided tour inside. If guests wish to enter, the mosque is only open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (it remains closed on Fridays)
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended depending on weather conditions. Women visiting the mosque are required to cover their head with a scarf and must not wear shorts, beachwear, or sleeveless shirts, as they must be fully covered. Men should wear long trousers
● The tour operates daily, including Fridays, but on Friday mornings the Dubai National Museum is closed and cannot be visited
● We are not responsible for valuable items left in the vehicle or bus
● Please note that due to the nature of the service and local city conditions (roadworks, demonstrations, events, or other incidents), this activity may undergo route modifications, temporary stop closures, or schedule adjustments. It is recommended to check the local operator's website before starting to verify potential last-minute changes
● Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles
● Before photographing local residents, please ask for their permission; remember that photographing local women is not permitted
● A valid ID or passport is required on the day of the excursion. No refunds will be issued in case of incorrect or missing documentation
● Guests who book a tour less than 12 hours in advance will not have pickup service available, but may join the tour directly at the departure point
● During the Ramadan period, the itinerary and services may undergo modifications. No alcohol will be served nor will live shows (such as belly dancing) be featured in dinner services or safaris. Likewise, lunch services may be served in designated areas or replaced by a box lunch according to local regulations
● Included lunch consists of: Burger (chicken or beef), fries, and water. No alternatives are provided for guests with dietary restrictions; in that case, it is recommended to book the option without lunch and bring your own food
● Headphones are provided for the audio guide, which connect to a device inside the vehicle. You will be able to select your language directly on the device
● The accompanying tour guide speaks English only. The audio guide is available in several languages, which can be selected before the start of the tour
● Children aged 0 to 2 participate for free
