An audioguided visit to Bologna's Clock Tower and Municipal Art Collections, with a tasting of typical products in the city centre.
A unique experience that will allow you to discover Palazzo d'Accursio, its Tower and the Municipal Art Collections. Entering through the courtyard of Palazzo d'Accursio and climbing the "horse staircase" to the second floor, you will first enter the Clock Tower. Here, using your smartphone, you will listen to the audio guide that will take you inside the rooms of the building, until you reach the beating heart of the tower: the mechanism that makes the clock works. You will hear anecdotes about how the palace and the tower have passed through the centuries up to the present day, and you will be treated to an unmissable view of the famous Piazza Maggiore. After the ascent and the visit to the Clock Tower, you can now visit the Municipal Art Collections, housed in the rooms that were once the residence of the Cardinal Legates.
Again, with the help of the audio guide, you can discover paintings, art objects, furniture, porcelain and textiles from the Middle Ages to the present day. And to finishing well, you can enjoy a fantastic tasting of typical products.

● The meeting point is in Piazza Nettuno, next to the bar Vittorio Emanuele, 15 minutes before the entry time to the tower. At the meeting point, a member of our staff will welcome you and provide you with tickets for the tower ascent and vouchers for tasting typical local products. This is not a guided tour, but a staff member will accompany you to the entrance and provide you with downloadable audioguides on your smartphone to carry out the tour freely
● Access to the terrace is possible via a narrow staircase, with prior signing of a waiver on-site. Entry is prohibited for children under 8 years old, even if accompanied by an adult, and entry is not allowed for animals of any size. Closed-toe shoes or sandals with a back strap are mandatory. Entry with flip-flops, high heels, or barefoot is prohibited
● The municipal art collections are closed on Mondays. Tickets can be used later, up to 180 days after the date of the tour
