● Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour starts
● You will find us at Largo Gaetana Agnesi, on the terrace located on the second floor of the “Colosseo” metro station. You can easily find us in the center of the terrace. Our staff will be wearing purple uniforms. Please note that, if you are facing the metro station, you will need to look for the stairs leading to the meeting point
● Colosseum tickets are nominative and non-transferable. The first and last name entered in the booking must exactly match the document presented on the day of the visit (ID card or passport). In case of discrepancy, access may be denied by the monument and the booking cancelled without refund
● All passengers must present valid identification documents on the day of the tour
● It is mandatory to correctly provide the details of all passengers: full first and last name(s), date of birth and nationality. The information entered in the booking cannot be edited; name or data changes are not permitted once the booking has been closed. It will be necessary to cancel and make a new booking, subject to availability
● Date of birth is required to correctly identify adult, child and infant categories. Nationality is particularly required for special rates applicable to European Union citizens aged 18 to 25, when applicable
● All passengers, including children and infants (even when travelling free of charge), must be included in the booking and present valid identification on the day of the visit. Minors must always be accompanied by at least one adult
● Access to the Colosseum is subject to mandatory security checks with metal detectors. Although groups have access through a dedicated line, waiting times may vary depending on the season and the number of visitors
● Passengers with pacemakers must present a certificate to avoid going through the security check
● For security reasons, drones, large backpacks, suitcases or wheeled luggage, sharp objects, weapons, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, aerosols and trekking poles are not allowed. Only small bags or backpacks are permitted. The Colosseum does not have a cloakroom or luggage storage facility
● The itinerary and tour route may be modified according to the day's operations or the monument's regulations
● Important: official tickets are not issued at the time of booking and depend directly on the Colosseum's availability and allocation. For this reason, the monument may modify entry times, access points or routes when the tickets are issued. If the visit cannot be confirmed for the selected date or time, an available alternative will be offered
