● We recommend arriving at the meeting point 20 minutes before the concert starts
● The concert can be booked any day of the week
● Standard ticket: access to the chosen concert at the Reduta Jazz Club, outside the VIP sectors
● VIP ticket: includes the standard ticket plus seating in the best (front) seats of the room, usually reserved for special guests, and a welcome drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic
● Super VIP ticket: includes everything in the VIP ticket, but instead of the welcome drink a full bottle of sparkling wine is offered, plus a song dedicated to the guest
● Minors must be accompanied by an adult (over 18)
● Coats, jackets and bags are not allowed inside the room — a free cloakroom is available
● Not wheelchair accessible, although Reduta staff can assist passengers who need it
● Opening hours may change during the Christmas season
● Student rate: valid only with a student ID (public transport pass) or another document proving student status (ISIC)
