● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking in case you choose the option with pick up from selected hotels in Athens. It is very important in this case to note that it is the passenger's obligation and sole responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time (each hotel has a different pick up timetable)
● Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for embarkation. The scheduled times are approximate and may be adjusted due to factors such as weather conditions, port authority regulations or unforeseen circumstances
● If any passenger follows a specific diet or has allergies or food intolerances, they must inform their local agent or our reservations department at least two days prior to departure. This allows our team to notify the cruise staff and ensure the chef can prepare special menus to accommodate your dietary needs
● For the summer months, lightweight, cotton clothing is ideal for comfort. Bring a swimsuit, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. In the evening, a sweater or jacket may be necessary due to possible humidity or breezes. While onboard, casual attire is preferred, but swimwear is not allowed in dining areas. For the excursions, we recommend sports shoes or low heels for ease of walking. If visiting religious sites, dress modestly, covering shoulders and avoiding shorts. Don’t forget your camera for memorable moments!
● All passengers must present valid travel documents, as expired documents will not be accepted. In addition to your travel documents, you must have your voucher from your travel agency. Please ensure you have all required paperwork before departure, as passengers are responsible for their documents. No refunds will be provided for missing or incorrect documentation
● Due to port regulations, you must provide the full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and passport/ID number of all participants in your group. This information will not be shared with others and will be deleted after your activity
● Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the cruise ship, with designated smoking zones available. In accordance with Greek law, gambling is also not allowed on board. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol or food
● Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board as there are no facilities to accommodate them. Certified assistant dogs are allowed on board upon request
● We offer free WiFi access. As we are cruising the Saronic Gulf, there may be temporary disruptions in signal availability due to the geographical nature of the route (such as sea or mountainous areas)
● Unfortunately, guests who are in their 24th week of pregnancy or later will be unable to travel with us
● For safety reasons, infants under 6 months old are not permitted to travel. Infants over 6 months are welcome, provided parents bring all necessary equipment, as the cruise ship does not offer infant food, milk, or babysitting services. Minors traveling with a guardian (not a parent) must present a certified consent form from their parents
● Onboard personnel can speak English or Spanish
● This tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. During the winter season, demand may be lower; therefore, if the required minimum is not reached, alternative dates will be offered or the tour will be cancelled at no additional cost
