● When making your reservation, you must provide the full name, age, nationality and email address of all participants, including children
● This cruise departs from the port of Kissamos at 10:35 am and returns at approximately 5:55 pm
● Passengers must check in at the Cretan Daily Cruises office, located at the port of Kissamos, at least 40 minutes before departure and present their I Need Tours voucher to collect their boarding passes
● Passengers aged 13 and over must pay a municipal fee of EUR 1 directly at the port office to access Balos Lagoon. This fee is not included in the reservation price
● Children aged 0 to 2 travel free of charge but must be included in the reservation
● During the booking process, you may optionally add an on-board meal per person. The menu includes a main course of your choice, an individual salad and bottled water. Please ensure you select this service before completing your reservation
● The vessel has a self-service restaurant and bar where meals, salads, snacks, drinks, coffee, ice cream and sun umbrellas are available for purchase
● Additional purchases made on board are not included, even if the optional meal has been selected
● On-board payments are accepted by bank card or electronic payment methods only. Cash is not accepted

● Depending on operational requirements, the boat will visit either Gramvousa Island or Balos Lagoon first
● The cruise across the Gulf of Kissamos lasts approximately one hour. Stops at Gramvousa and Balos last approximately two hours and two and a half hours respectively. These times are approximate and may change for operational reasons
● During the stop at Gramvousa, you may visit the Venetian fortress, relax on the beach or walk to the famous shipwreck and the chapel of Agioi Apostoloi
● The Gramvousa fortress is located 137 metres above sea level. Reaching it requires an uphill walk of approximately 20 minutes over uneven terrain. Comfortable closed-toe footwear is recommended
● Gramvousa and Balos are protected natural areas with no roads or commercial facilities. It is recommended to bring everything you may need for the day
● During each stop, you may return to the boat whenever you wish, but you must be back on board at least 10 minutes before the departure time indicated by the crew
● It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a hat, sunscreen, water and comfortable footwear, especially during the summer months
● Due to the absence of roads and the natural characteristics of the terrain, this activity is not recommended for people with severe mobility impairments or significant walking difficulties
● The port of Kissamos is located approximately 3 km from the centre of Kissamos and 43 km from Chania. The drive from Chania takes approximately 45 minutes
● Free parking is available at the port of Kissamos
● The port can also be reached by the public bus operating on the Chania–Kissamos route. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes and departs from the KTEL Bus Station in Chania, located at the corner of Partheniou Kelaidi and Kidonias Streets, next to the Samaria Hotel. The bus stops at the port of Kissamos, directly in front of the boarding area
● At the end of the cruise, the return bus to Chania waits for passengers in front of the vessel. This service is not included in the reservation, and passengers are advised to check timetables and availability in advance with KTEL
