● Our representative will be holding a flag and a blue sign at the meeting point for easy recognition
● Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside
● To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour
● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● Like in most popular attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, please be aware of pickpockets and scams such as people asking to sign petitions. Please be aware of your belongings

● We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line
● Please note that during busy periods, there may be a wait to access the ticket desk, as well as to clear the security and stairs lines. If there is a wait, your guide will use this time to share engaging stories and historical insights about the Tower’s creation
● This comprehensive tour typically lasts around 2 hours, but wait times for security checks can sometimes extend the tour duration
● After arriving at the second floor, you will have free time to take the elevator up to the summit (3rd level) for the best panoramic views Paris has to offer. Please note that access to the summit is subject to availability upon arrival.
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered

The meeting point is located at the intersection between Avenue Silvestre de Sacy and Avenue Elisée Reclus. Your City Wonders representative (wearing blue and holding a City Wonders sign) will be waiting for you on the intersection of the two streets.
Arriving by public transportation:
The nearest metro stations is École Militaire (approximately 15 minutes walk) which is served by metro line 8. The stop Champs de Mars of the RER C is another nearby option.
