● Please note that the received voucher does not grant access to the Louvre or Orsay. You must go to the meeting point and hand over the voucher to our staff, who will accompany you to the Louvre and the Mona Lisa and provide you with the ticket for Orsay along with guidance instructions
● It is the traveler's responsibility to confirm their phone number and email address at least 48 hours before the tour by writing to
[email protected] if they wish to receive the Louvre and Orsay tickets directly. They will be sent between 24 and 2 hours prior to the tour start. If not received or unable to download, you may redeem your voucher for entry tickets with our staff at the meeting point or at our office counter at 3 Place des Pyramides, 75001 Paris, near the Louvre Museum
● Arrive 30 minutes before departure with the printed voucher
● The Louvre Museum now requires each participant to provide full name and surname to access the entrance
● After the tour, guests may remain in the museum to enjoy some food or shop for souvenirs, such as prints or books
● Cloakroom is mandatory for large bags, strollers, and umbrellas
● Please note this tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. The route does not include elevators
● Ticket valid only on the reserved date and time
● The Louvre Museum closes at 18:00 (except Fridays and special dates)
● This visit does not include access to temporary exhibitions
● Children under 18, and up to 25 if residents of the European Economic Area, must select the child rate to benefit from free entry and must present an ID
● Louvre access avoids the ticket purchase line, which can be long, but there may still be a queue to enter
● This is not a guided tour, but an activity with a host who will accompany you inside the Louvre Museum
● Clients must exit the Louvre Museum together with the guide at the end of the tour
