● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● The visit is self-guided with an audio guide on your mobile phone. When you check in at the meeting point, the guide or coordinator will show you a QR code to download the app, available on Google Play or the Apple Store (an internet connection is required to download it). We recommend having your device fully charged and bringing your own earphones, as they are not included
● The Palace of Versailles offers official audio guides, which must be arranged directly by the passenger through the Palace’s official website, as availability is limited. There are two options: 1 - Physical device (traditional audio guide): it must be reserved online and collected at the counters of the Château, Petit Trianon or Grand Trianon on the day of the visit. 2 - Official app: available to download on a smartphone or tablet, with audio-guided tours and an interactive map. ● We recommend not wearing high heels (parquet floors in the rooms and cobblestones in the courtyard)
● Explore the State Apartments and the sumptuous Hall of Mirrors at your own pace
