● Please bring comfortable shoes, sunglasses, a sun hat, swimwear, a towel, and a camera
● Bathing in Cleopatra's Pool: bathing is subject to opening conditions and/or weather conditions. It is generally available daily, subject to closures for renovation, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances
● Travertines: walking on certain areas of Pamukkale usually requires taking off your shoes, and the ground can be wet or slippery. It is recommended to bring easy-to-remove footwear and sun protection
● The tour through Hierapolis and Pamukkale involves a considerable amount of walking and includes uneven surfaces. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The tour is not wheelchair accessible
● The itinerary generally includes approximately two shopping stops, which may be at jewellery, wine, or ceramics shops
● Pickup generally takes place between 04:00 and 06:00, depending on the accommodation’s location. The exact time is confirmed before the tour
