● Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● Cruise passengers must provide the following information at the time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and re-boarding time. No refunds will be given for the excursion/activity if it is missed due to the cruise ship arriving late or failing to arrive
● Hotel pick-up begins approximately 30 to 60 minutes prior to this time; the exact pick-up time will be confirmed upon reconfirmation of the booking. Schedules are subject to change due to local traffic conditions
● The tour operates during Low Season from November 1st to March 31st and High Season from April 1st to October 31st
● During the low season, from November to March, the live guide inside Pompeii will be replaced by an official interactive audio guide for groups of fewer than six people
● The itinerary may be rearranged due to high visitor numbers in Pompeii during the morning
● The Capri tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered an alternative tour option
● A minimum of 4 passengers is required. If the minimum is not met, an alternative date or time, or a full refund will be offered. For the VIP Small Group option, if the required minimum is not reached, the booking will be downgraded to a Small Group
