● Please be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the departure time of the tour. In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed tour departure, no refund will be possible
● A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
● During hot days, wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun
● Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
● We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
● Please be sure to bring your passport if you are a foreign passenger or identification for the tour. We will not be responsible for any delays or bans on entry to other countries that are part of the tour if you do not have the necessary documentation with you. Each document must be in original (no photo)
● In the event of adverse weather conditions, high lake levels, or safety concerns, the private boat may be replaced by public transportation
● The itineraries may be modified or operated in reverse for operational reasons, without compromising the overall tour experience
● Travel times may vary due to local traffic or unforeseen circumstances
● Changes to departure times or the itinerary may occur due to safety reasons or other factors beyond our control
● Please note that, for internal scheduling reasons, it is possible that for some dates, a third stop may be added to the tour
● During the winter season (November – February), the route may offer partially obstructed or less visible panoramic views due to reduced daylight hours. With a 4:14 PM departure from St. Moritz and arrival in Tirano at 6:39 PM, daylight scenery may be limited
● Important: A VALID ID CARD FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL or PASSPORT is required (with visa if necessary – please check with the Swiss consulate)
● Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and in the month of August, the tour will include free time in the city of Tirano and only about 30 minutes stop in St Moritz, to admire the area of the lake
● This tour operates with a minimum number of 2 confirmed participants at departure
