● The Accademia Gallery is one of the most popular tourist destinations and sometimes delays can occur due to increased security measures or unexpectedly large crowds during holidays and festivities. As always, your guide will make sure any delays are minimized and that you get access as quickly as possible

● Please note that there is approximately a 1.5-hour break between the Best of Florence and the Uffizi Gallery visit. It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before each departure
● Please be advised that access to the Uffizi Gallery will not be guaranteed unless the full names of all participants in the booking are provided in advance
● Every customer on this tour is required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport at the Uffizi Gallery that matches their name on the reservation, or entry will be refused. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed
● The order of the visits will depend on the selected departure time: For departures at 08:30, 09:00, 09:15, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 10:45, 11:45, 12:00, and 13:00, the itinerary will visit the Accademia Gallery first, followed by the Uffizi Gallery. For departures at 10:40, 10:45, and 10:50, the order will be the Uffizi Gallery first, followed by the Accademia Gallery
● As of January 1st, 2027, the order of the visits will depend on the selected departure time: For departures at 09:00, 09:30, and 14:00, the itinerary will visit the Accademia Gallery first, followed by the Uffizi Gallery. For departures at 11:00 and 13:55, the order will be the Uffizi Gallery first, followed by the Accademia Gallery
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
● Entry to the Uffizi Gallery included in the tour. For informational purposes, the official individual admission prices are: €29 – adults; €2 – reduced rate for European Union citizens aged 18 to 25 inclusive; €0 – free for visitors under 18 years of age (prices subject to modification or change without prior notice)
