The Ruta de Las Flores one of the most popular tourist destinations in El Salvador and named for its abundance of flowers on the picturesque road. Colorful towns, coffee, natural beauty, crafts, gastronomy, festivals, temperate climate.
Visit colonial-style towns with beautiful mountainous vegetation: Juayúa, Nahuizalco, where you can enjoy a guided tour of the community, Apaneca and Ataco, two of the largest coffee-growing towns. Then, you will observe the elaboration of handicrafts from the area and do some shopping in the local stores.
In Nahuizalco you will take a guided walk through the local community where you will get to know the city and the lifestyle of the local inhabitants. Juayúa has a pleasant and temperate climate due to its location at 1,025 meters above sea level. In winter, it is common to observe that the fog descends from the hill of Apaneca towards the outskirts of the city, while in summer the temperatures are warm and pleasant.
