Explore the Alhambra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and get to know the last historic Moorish city in Spain. This tour takes you back 600 years, when this fortress was rebuilt and converted into a magnificent royal palace by the Sultan of Granada in 1333. You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the Alhambra. The complex offers panoramic views of the nearby villages and the imposing Sierra Nevada mountains. Then visit also the highlights of the city of Granada: the Albaicín quarter, the Royal Chapel, the Cathedral, the Madrasa, among others.

Discover the monumental Alhambra Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is the last historically Moorish city in Spain. We will go back 600 years to visit the 11th wonder of the world: the Alhambra.
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel at the appointed time and place (on the Costa del Sol).
Then you will head to Granada. We will start by visiting the Generalife Palace, recreational area of the sultans, and its gardens. We will also pass by the Hotel Parador de los Franciscanos, which was a convent built in the 15th century. We will then visit the church with important images from the 17th and 18th centuries.
Admire the Palace of Charles V, an impressive Christian palace in Renaissance style. Walk through its military fortress and finish visiting the renowned Nasrid Palaces: Mexuar, Comares and the Lion Palace, while listening to stories, legends and important facts about the Alhambra and Granada from the guide.
The tour of the palaces and gardens lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
You will be given time for a quick lunch.
After lunch, it will be time to visit the city of Granada. Your tour guide will show you the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the Madraza and the handicraft market. The tour guide will end the tour in the Albaicín quarter (of Arabic origin).

● The Alhambra staff can require you to show them the passports to verify the ownership of your nominative tickets. If you don't bring them with, they can not let you get inside the monument
● This activity operates in all weather conditions. In the case of rain the tour will run as usual, so please bring an umbrella or a suitable rain gear.
