● Dressing in layers is strongly recommended as it gets very cold on Haleakala
● Due to unpredictable and variable weather conditions, clear viewing of the sunrise is not guaranteed
● The high altitude at the summit area may complicate health conditions and breathing difficulties. Elderly visitors, pregnant women, young children, and those with respiratory or heart conditions should consult their doctor prior to touring
● Walk slowly and drink water to avoid dehydration
● If you have gone scuba diving you should wait at least 24 hours before going on this tour
● If you have questions about your pickup time and/or location, please phone the numbers in the voucher at least 24 hours prior to your tour
● We use different buses, but all of them will display our Polynesian Adventure logo
● If you received a voucher or ticket when you paid for your tour, please bring it with you to give to your driver. If you were not given a ticket, your bus driver will have a passenger list so just show your picture ID
● You will be dropped off where we picked you up
● Please indicate any dietary restrictions – vegetarian, vegan, gluten‐free, nut‐allergy, etc. at the time of booking
● Dress warmly for your Haleakala Tour as temperatures fluctuate
● Pick-up and drop-off service does not include all hotels; therefore, guests staying at properties without direct pick-up will be assigned the closest available meeting point. Please make sure to manually enter your hotel details when completing the reservation
